Shipping policy

Shipping costs are added at the checkout and are calculated by different regions.

As all items are baked fresh, we allow up to two days for baking. Delivery is arranged through a standard courier service. A tracking code will be sent so you can track the delivery.
For local (Howick/Pakuranga/Botany) delivery addresses, items are delivered through our own delivery service and will be delivered the same day they are baked.

If you have special delivery instructions about where to leave a package, please include them in your order notes.

We also offer a pick-up service from our kitchen location (by appointment) or at our weekend market stalls. Pick-up options are listed at checkout, or contact us if you have any questions on hello@paulines.co.nz.
