    If you haven't tried these, you must, and if you have, you will know why they are so special.

    On my first trip to Italy, I found and fell in love with this biscuit.  After many wonderful trips and always hunting them out, I made it my mission to perfect this recipe so I could enjoy and share it at home.  

    After much research and experimentation, I have perfected the recipe, keeping to traditional methods and using only the freshest ingredients—no preservatives here.

    Allergens

    Ricciarelli contains eggs and almonds (tree nuts).

    Our Ricciarelli contains gluten-free ingredients only.  However as it is baked in a kitchen where other flour based products are produced, it may not be suitable for people with a celiac diagnosis.
