  1. Return Timeframe:
    All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns if the item is postmarked after this period.

  2. Sale Items:
    Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned.

  3. Damaged or Faulty Products:
    If your product arrives damaged or you experience any issues, please contact us immediately at hello@paulines.co.nz. We are here to help resolve any problems.

  4. Store Credit:
    All approved returns will be issued as store credit. This credit can be used for future purchases on our website.

  5. How to Return an Item:

    • Ensure your return is postmarked within seven (7) days of purchase.
    • Contact our customer support with your order details and the reason for your return to receive a returns reference number.
