Ricciarelli are a delicious soft almond biscuits that originated from Siena. Delightfully light and fragrant they have everyone coming back for more.

If you haven't ever tried these you must, and if you have you will know why they are so special.
On my first trip to Italy I found and fell in love with this biscuit. After a number of trips and always hunting them out, I made it my mission to perfect this recipe so I could enjoy and share it at home.
After a lot of research and many experiments I have perfected the recipe keeping to traditional methods and using only the freshest ingredients, no preservatives here.
Allergens
Ricciarelli contains eggs and almonds (tree nuts).
Our Ricciarelli contains gluten-free ingredients only. However as it is baked in a kitchen where other flour based products are produced, it may not be suitable for people with a celiac diagnosis.
